Tabasco Prawns

Part boil potato cubes, and then roast them with beef dripping at 200°. Meanwhile, roast chopped red peppers and tomatoes at 180°.

Fry chopped onions and crushed garlic over a medium heat, then add raw prawns, a generous splash of Tabasco sauce, salt and pepper.

Combine all the ingredients together and garnish with chopped coriander leaf and a squeeze of lemon juice.
